Prigipessa is a contemporary fast food restaurant, serving traditional Greek souvlaki and other grilled meat and appetizers , accompanied with wine and tsipouro from local small industries.

The concept mixes the essence of a traditional "kafeneio" , together with more contemporary way of eating suck as an open kitchen and a low bar in front of it, as well as a blend in the style, with a mixture of retro and more industrial materials 

There is an extensive use of tiles and marble, which converse with the shininess and cleanliness of the inox open kitchen and the semi transparent glasses and mirrors. The walls are not painted, rather they are covered in natural stucco, adding to a more "unpolished" finish to the final aesthetics.
