Apartments renovation

This property used to be one large apartment on the top floor of a 70's block of flats. 
During the renovation, the apartment got divided into two different properties, one of 40 and one of 70 square meters apartments. The two were designed with the same language and materiality.
The smaller one consists of a common space and kitchen are, with a large wooden volume which hosts the wc area and storage spaces, and a back bedroom on a wooden mixed bed-closed construction. 
The larger one, has also a common space shared with a kitchen, another multi usage space divided by a glass-front divider, a separate closed bedroom and a wc area.
